Coconut Pie
Ingredients
- 1 Can Coconut
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 3 Ea Eggs
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
Instructions
- Beat eggs
- Add Sugar
- Add Milk and mix slightly to blend the ingredients
- Add vanilla and coconut, stir to blend
- Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees
